And that’s a wrap for April 🌷

🌊 Started the month with a glorious weekend away at one of our favourite spots and perfect for a bit of drumming on the beach.

🥁 More drumming with my Reiki Drumming Journey sessions at Wanlip… becoming very popular with April’s session fully booked 🙏

✨️ My first Friday at offering Reiki treatments… such a warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring space.

👣 Another Open Weekend at my gorgeous treatment room always very busy and had some lovely feedback from a new client 🙏

❤️ Lots of ‘me-time’ this month… my regular massage/ear candling session with my favourite Lou , a very relaxing Reflexology case study and an incredibly powerful Rahanni Celestila Healing treatment with Nyxie 💫

And so much more... enjoying the gorgeous weather at Draycote Water, walking among the bluebells at the Outwoods, lots more drumming and obviously seeing all my lovely clients 🤩

Behind the scenes... before and after an event!

Last night was my Group Reiki Drumming Journey at Wanlip Village Hall (fab evening ✨️) and I'd left the treatment room just a little bit messy 🤣

Fortunately I'm an early riser so plenty of time to put away all my therapy tools and have a proper tidy before my first client at 9.30am.

As my other half James said from carnage to serenity 🙏

What a glorious weekend 😍

Headed off for the Easter Bank Holiday to hillendcampsite one of the very few campsites we actually do stay at 🤣

Such a gorgeous spot right next to the stunning Llangennith Beach ⛱️

Long walks on the beach, a bit of surfing for James and drumming whilst watching the sunset 🌇

Feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and very grateful 🙏

Ending March with a very grateful heart ❤️

🥁 My second Group Reiki Drumming sessions at Wanlip... such amazing feedback and becoming very popular. April's session is already fully booked 🤩

🌿 Learning all about Hydrolats at Penny Price Aromatherapy... so interesting and loving adding these into my treatments and also adding Rose to my water is just divine 🌹

✨️ Very excitingly, I've taken on a new opportunity... Fridays I'll now be offering Reiki treatments at a local charity (I'll share more at a later date 😍)

💫 Amazing weekend away in Glastonbury... just magical and already planning my next trip 😉

👷🏼‍♂️James is back at work again at Draycote Water... very early starts return! But always grateful when he has regular work 🙏

And so much more... celebrating Spring Equinox, catching up with fellow therapists, gorgeous treatments, lots of drumming, and obviously seeing all my lovely clients ❤

Self care Sunday… my cup is overflowing 🙏

Just back from a gorgeous weekend in Glastonbury with the lovely Harpal (aka the lady with the sword 😅)

Back at 😍 such an amazing place and so much to find. Everywhere you look is something magical… including Excalibur!

Visited the sacred Chalice Well Gardens for some much-needed reflection time, and cleansed my labradorite pendant in the healing waters ✨️

Treated myself to a stunning Rose Quartz eye mask and a Koshi Wind Chime Earth for my treatment room.

I also had a very powerful and emotional Rahanni Celestial Healing treatment with Nyxie will definitely be visiting this beautiful lady again very soon 🤩

I drummed, meditated, ate a lot of yummy food and came away with my heart full of love and gratitude 🥰

Self-care Sunday... the importance of 'me-time' 🙏

I'm a huge believer in self-care and very grateful to have a fantastic group of fellow therapists/teachers/friends who I consider part of my support system or 'my cheerleaders' 🥰

One of my favs is the amazing Lou from my absolute 'must' is a regular monthly ear candling and holisitc massage with her.

Ear Candling is fabulous in helping with my tinnitus and as well as any sinus issues, which in turns helps my asthma. And as I always say, it's weirdly incredibly relaxing having a lit candle stuck in your ear 🤣

Regular back massages are so important particularly as I get quite 'knotty' shoulders sometimes!

And I love a gorgeous aromatic blend... this time was oregano, coriander and frankincense (my absolute go-to). All carefully selected by Lou to help with the those digestive issues that crop up during peri-menopause.

On a side-note, I absolutely love her star projector, definitely getting one of these for my group sessions!

Thank you Lou for being a huge part of my 'support team' 🙏
