I've been offering 1-2-1 Reiki Drumming Journeys for a few months now and had some amazing feedback from my clients 🙏 so this just feels like the natural next step!

🎄✨️ So excited to be attending the magical Christmas Fair this weekend 🌲✨️

I’ll be offering 15-minute taster treatments of Reflexology, Hand Reflexology and Reiki and also sharing all the details about my forthcoming Group Reiki Drumming Journey 🥁🤩

There will be lots of gorgeous stalls with crystals, handmade gifts, wax melts, artwork, crafts, and plenty of unique goodies perfect for Christmas pressies and stocking fillers ❤️

What a fantastic few days at Festival at the NEC in Birmingham 🙏

Always learning and building on my ‘oily’ knowledge 🪻

Just completed a two-part CPD course with Penny Price Aromatherapy on Hormones, Menopause & Essential Oils.

Many of my clients struggle with menopausal symptoms varying from hot flushes, anxiety, mood swings, tiredness/lack of energy and particularly brain fog… although the list of peri/post menopause symptoms is much longer than that!

And in my case studies for my Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma, I regularly made blends to help with different symptoms using oils such as Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile and of course, Clary Sage ❤️

And now I’ve got some new oils to try out including Myrrh and Aniseed! Aniseed’s scent isn’t for everyone, but it has some amazing benefits and it's particularly useful for some of the more common symptoms such as hot flushes, dry skin and fatigue. It’s also a great mood-booster 😁
