6:00pm – approx. 9:30pm | Only 9 spaces available

Join us for a cosy, soul-nourishing evening as we close the year with clarity, calm, and celebration.
We’ll begin with oracle cards and intention setting (complete with journal decoration), ease into a gentle flow + yin yoga practice, and unwind into deep rest with yoga nidra and the healing tones of a sound bowl.

Festive food and drinks — including mulled wine and Prosecco — will be served to make the night feel extra special.
