As the seasons change, so can our sleep.

Small adjustments to your routine can make a big difference to rest and wellbeing 🌙

1. Keep a consistent routine
Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even as daylight hours change.

2. Make your space comfortable
Adjust bedding, lighting, and room temperature to suit the new season, small changes can improve sleep quality.

3. Get natural daylight during the day
Spending time in natural light helps your body clock adjust, making it easier to rest at night.

Supporting good sleep can have a positive impact on your loved one’s wellbeing 💙

We are extremely honoured to be recognised by for the valuable support we have given to The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers 🙏

Regiment Support Service is a not for profit social enterprise that helps The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers produce regimental notebooks. The notebooks are given free to all officers and soldiers who donate a day's pay to the Regimental Association which helps serving and old soldiers who fall on hard times. The regimental notebooks are also sold to the business community and general public with all profits donated to The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Aid Society.

We are very proud to support this worthwhile cause and are happy to be recorded as a friend of the regiment.

Had a really interesting morning at Syston Community Centre for their Charnwood VCS Network - Partnerships that Work event organised by Emma Ward and

It reminded me of the importance of partnerships and how businesses can put their CSR and ESG strategies to best use. It's quite simple really, just ask what it is voluntary organisations actually need...🙂

It was fantastic to hear how businesses can support during a discussion between the business and the voluntary sector, and believe it or not, it's not always about donating cash....💕

So, next time you're considering the best use of your CSR or ESG pledges, please reach out to your local voluntary group ☎️and ask them what they would benefit from.

We also heard from Loughborough College Group who were talking all things T-levels and how the voluntary sector can see tangible benefits by offering a T-level student a placement.

All in all, a very enjoyable morning 💕💕
