Guys …… Today I felt the first little hints and signs and sounds and smells of spring 😜😇🙏🏻💕✨💐🥰🤩…… Spring is my favourite time of year , it holds new life new hope new energy and lighter and warmer days . Whilst winter is important and needed for many ways their is something special about knowing that your coming out of it’s cold dark grasp and into Spring ###x I definitely had a spring in my step as I took the girls out today after my morning appointments ###x I’d love to see any signs of spring that you all see when your out and about in nature ### Ir means that your pushing out and being extra assertive and attentive to your surroundings and taking the time to capture it is also a great way to reflect as we head into all of the seasons of our lives ###x

Five years ago today we lost two of my favourite people in the whole world 🌍 my dad aka farm ( the best dad in the world 🌍) and grandma Freda the most beautiful and loving grandma and great grandma that any one could ever want ###x spending time changing the flowers 🌷 in the cemetery eases the miss of buying flowers 🌷 every Friday for grandma and spending time in and around the countryside where my dads ashes are scattered makes him feel so close ### He sent 🦅 birds of prey and a song to show me he was around ### now Millie mums dog 🐶 is with them as she sadly passed away last week ###

This is something that I see a lot from those coming through in spirit , having regrets about learnt behaviour that they see repeating unhealthy cycles through generations , thankfully we are now acknowledging this and can really focus on healing , clearing and brining through new outlooks and healthier behaviour ###x
