Alongside our fortnightly Sunday yoga classes in Quorn (next one 8th February), I’m so excited to be trialling a new monthly Yoga Workshop on the last Saturday of each month, starting March 🤍

🧘‍♀️ What to expect:
• 1-hour themed workshop
• Suitable for all abilities
• Learn and practise the foundations of a specific focus
• Individualised feedback
• Free additional equipment hire
• Time to step away from “flow” and work on your chosen posture
• Q&A + plenty of relaxation

📍 Where: Quorn Main Hall (The Old School)
⏰ When: 4pm
💷 £15 per session (pay on the day)

Especially on these cold, wintry days ❄️, one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself is slowing down and allowing yourself more rest 🌙

Release the judgement.
Release the guilt.
Make space for you 💫

Rest doesn’t mean mindless scrolling 📱 or binge-watching TV 📺

It means pausing 🧘‍♀️
Allowing silence 🤍
Moving with intention 🌿
Reconnecting to the present moment ✨

Part of being a yoga instructor, to me, is continuing your own journey — so that what you teach is truly aligned and authentically embodied.

I’m so excited to be learning just as much as I’m teaching in 2026. I’ve never considered myself a “strong” yogi or naturally gymnastic, and this marks my first real journey into hand balances.

Breaking the poses down, returning to the basics, and trusting the process has made all the difference.

And like most things in life, it’s never really about the end goal — it’s about the journey along the way. Feeling incredibly grateful to be on it ✨
