I’m so sorry I’ve been a little quiet on here recently, life has been quite busy, and even more so with Christmas just around the corner.

I also want to let you know that I’ll be finishing treatments for Christmas today (19th Dec) and will be back offering Reiki sessions from 9th of Jan.

🌬️ Your breath is your superpower.

Deep, rhythmic breathing can lower adrenaline, calm your body, and help your birth hormones flow naturally. This is science, not fluff!

Try this today:

👉 Breathe in, counting to four slowly. Feel the air enter your lungs.

👉Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Try to avoid inhaling or exhaling for 4 seconds.

👉 Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds.

👉 Wait for another 4 seconds before you breathe in again.

👉 Repeat 5 times, or until you feel recentred.

Now, notice how grounded you feel. 🌸
