Our sauna is now up and running for use in The Revive Hive opposite the gym. This service is available as a 30 minute pay as you go option for all Prime Anatomy Fitness and Tadcaster Hyrox Training Centre gym members at £5.50 and non-gym members at £6.50 per session.

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance on our booking system below 😊.

Over the coming weeks there will be exciting renovation works being undertaken in the gym which will have a direct impact on the Revive Hive cafe. Therefore the cafe we will be closed to the general public from immediate effect until mid October.

All drinks, meal preps and protein supplements however, will still be available for gym members upon request Monday to Friday.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

***Summer holiday opening hours! ***

We will be open slightly different days/hours over the 6 week holidays so staff can have some well earned time with their families.

Hours as follows:

Thursdays 11- 2pm
Fridays and Saturdays 11- 3pm

Please note, we are happy to take orders for prep meal collection, gym member food/drinks collection outside these hours.

We are also happy for groups of 4+ to make reservations outside of these orders, just drop us a DM 😊
