Lovely visit to Andrew Crosby-Bromley today at his Slimming World Wakefield with Andrew - Alverthorpe, Crigglestone & Walton group in Walton😊

There’s something really special about seeing members supporting each other, sharing ideas and building confidence week by week - it’s what Slimming World is all about ❤️

So many of us reach for black when we’re losing weight because we believe it’s the most flattering and slimming choice. And yes, it can feel safe and easy.

But when the weight starts to come off and confidence grows, bringing colour back in can make such a difference. The right colours can brighten your skin, make your eyes sparkle and lift your whole look. 🌈

This little AI colour analysis shows how different palettes can completely change the way our features pop. It’s fascinating!

Maybe it’s time to step away from the “all black wardrobe” and start having a little fun with colour again. After all, when you feel good on the inside, why not let it show on the outside too?
