So 2 months passed since I introduced a second reformer. My clients have taken it on board and have been happy to pair up. Feedback has been very positive. clients feel they’re working harder and telling me it’s more enjoyable to work with someone. Have you been wanting to try reformer but don’t want to start in a big class, if this is you then drop me a message and I can pair you up and get you started on the Reformer.

Some rare Reformer Pilates sessions have become available next week in my studio. Whether you’re looking to try a 1:2:1 session or join a friend then DM me. As you will be working on your own or with one other, all sessions are planned for you designed for your individual needs. Closer instruction which can help you progress faster compared to larger group classes.
Availability
Tuesday 20th 10.30am, Wednesday 21st 9.10am & 10.50am, Thursday 22nd 12.30pm & 2.55pm. If you want to start Reformer Pilates and share a session get in contact as I can arrange that for you. £40 for a 1:2:1 45 minute session £30 for a 1:2:2 45 minute session. What are you waiting for ?

Exciting news, after qualifying as a Pilates instructor in 2003, working in health clubs and village halls. I then made the jump to teaching 1.2.1 reformer in 2018. I now work full time from my studio in Tadley & have now purchased another duplicate reformer. Im excited to announce as of May I can offer 1.2.2 reformer sessions. If you want to start reformer with a friend, partner or would like to share a session then I can pair you up with someone. Please message me for more info

Online Pilates classes restart Thursday 2nd January 2025. I offer 3 online classes a week offering strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Pilates isn’t going to make you loose weight but it will improve your strength & muscle tone focusing on abdominal, back and buttocks. My classes offer a variety of exercising with full tuition. Recordings are also available to repeat or catch up.
Happy new year everyone and remember movement is key.
Timetable
Mondays 9am long loop band class
Thursdays 9.15am Pilates with weights 1, 1.5kg
Fridays 8.30am
All classes are 45 mins long so very easy to fit in your schedule.

That’s a wrap for 2024. I would like to thank all my clients for their commitment to my sessions whether it mat,reformer or classes. Yes you come for your weekly Pilates sessions. But sometimes it’s so much more. There’s chat laughter and sometimes tears but that’s what makes the sessions personable. Wishing you all and your families a very merry Christmas and a healthy and happy 2025 🌲 looking forward to keeping you fit and flexible next year

A reformer client & friend of mine came into my studio and said she’s booked paddle boarding whilst cruising around Norwegian Fjords. How hard can it be ? Says Angela Harwood. Angela has been coming to me for a few years now and has made incredible progress but she’s a tall lady and I thought work more on BALANCE. I knew she’d be fine kneeling but as you can see she’s stood up on her board on the Fjords. So proud of you Angela. Just proves a little hard work and determination you can do anything you thought you couldn’t.

I’m very pleased to welcome back one of my clients into my studio after a horse riding accident 7 weeks ago. She has been training vigorously as she had a place to ride in the Marqel Magnolia Cup which is a ladies charity race at Goodwood in July. Unfortunately this is no longer the case as she sustained a 20% fracture to L1. She has been given the go ahead by her consultant to do low resistant reformer work. I’m looking forward to work with her to slowly regain the strength she previously had. I’ve got no doubt that she will achieve this as she is gutsy strong and determined.
