9 stone difference… and a version of me I never thought I’d see ❤️

The girl on the left wouldn’t have dreamed of wearing a crop top. She hide her stomach away away, cover up, and lacked confidence in herself.

The woman on the right? She’s worked for this. She’s shown up on the hard days, pushed through the “I can’t be bothered” moments, and refused to quit on herself 💪

This isn’t just about the weight.
It’s about confidence, self-belief, and finally feeling comfortable in my own skin.

And if you’re sat there thinking “I could never do that”…
Please know — I used to think exactly the same.

9 stone difference… but it’s so much more than just a number.

The photo on the left is someone who felt stuck, overwhelmed, and constantly battling with “food noise.”
The photo on the right is someone who feels in control, confident, and FREE.

I didn’t get here by being perfect.
I got here by being consistent. Showing up. Even on the hard weeks. Especially on the hard weeks.

Because the truth is… stopping and starting never got me where I wanted to be.
Committing did 💪

It’s almost time for the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw 👏💜!

My members will be saying goodbye to all the clothes they’ve slimmed out – and raising money for Slimming World’s charity partner Cancer Research UK/the Irish Cancer Society while they do it 🤗.
