So whilst I’ve been on maternity leave I’ve missed a massive milestone. 5️⃣ whole years old!!

What have I been up too??

So motherhood was much busier than I thought. Thought it would be easy to run a business, Instagram, a home, and a new baby, I was wrong!!! 😂😂 so I decided to just have a break from and concentrate on my new job role as mummy!! 👩‍👦

Jaxx is now 10 months old and crawling around and chatting to himself lots. I currently don’t have a lot of childcare for jaxx so I’m only working 1-2 evenings a week at moment.

Since I’ve been back working, I loved every second, it’s been my break actually. My favourite transformations recently is a 5 point face lift and dissolving and re adding filler and on the neck!!💉🥳

What do you think I should do next??

He is just perfect.

Sorry I haven’t let you guys know sooner, we have not long left hospital. He was born with tongue tie and jaundice, and was struggling to feed. So after a brief stay in intensive care and in hospital, we are now home and both recovering well.

And finally I can eat. My sickness went the min I gave birth. It was amazing!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

I am so in love and love being his mummy 💙💙

Can’t wait to show him off.

And yes my Labour was very painful 😂😂 but actually a amazing experience!!! 🙌🏽

Thought I would keep you up to date with what my weekend was about. Not long to go. 🙌🏽

A baby shower during a pandemic is tough.
Wanted so many more people and would have loved a big party, but tried to keep it as small as I could.

I had such a amazing day!! Relaxed and my best friends organised it and there were so many great surprises.

I requested no gifts, but they all brought a book for baby and wrote a lovely message inside. Was the cutest!!!📚🍼👶🏼

Can you see lift around mouth and jaw??

This lady has had 1ml around lip and across jaw line and nasolabial folds in order to lift and structure any sagging.

A small 0.3mls was applied to lip. However majority of fuller was around face. 💉💉

Usually you find one side of your face is more sagging than the other side, due to the side you mostly sleep on.

Try to sleep on silk and on back to avoid any lower face wrinkles.

Sometimes your filler might look a bit flatter and not so plump. This might be because you are dehydrated.

This lady attempted her own facial prior to entering the big brother house in Australia.

She used a needle and attempted to pick out any scaring and use roller needles to help.

This resulted in infection, further scarring and pain and rash.

This Is immediately after 1ml restylane kysee filler.

Might I add some people have no side effects, and some people get them quite bad. Usually if it’s your first time having filler, you tend to get quite bad side effects.

Some side effects to look out for;

•Swelling - quite normal - can last sometimes up to 2 weeks. Use ICE to calm this down if you hate the swelling phase.

•Bruising - quite normal - black lips are NOT NORMAL, (contact your practitioner if worried) - use arnica for a few days before and after. Also use pineapple 🍍 juice, this is said to help too.

•Hardness - this is quite normal - sometimes they can feel hard and but lumpy for a few days after - just massage them and it should go down. If not gone down by 2 weeks after injection, contact your practitioner.

•Tender - quite normal - a bit tender to touch for first 2 days is normal. But pain and agony is NOT NORMAL - contact your practitioner if you are worried about your pain.

And then you could be that lucky person, that gets absolutely nothing.

Anything you are worried about, please always contact your practitioner and they will guide you in what is normal.💋💋💋

So last night I went to see my GP, as they were worried about dehydration. I am severely dehydrated, and they threatened to take me to to hospital for a drip. 😫😫 this is something I DO NOT WANT!!

So new anti sickness on board - seem to be working so far today 🤞🏼🤞🏼 just felt sick, but no sickness yet.

If I’m sick one more time in next 24 hours, I have to go to hospital. 😢😢

I can finally see a teeny , tiny bump 🥰, (might be the 8 pints of water I’ve pumped in me) 😂. But I’ve lost so much weight, that I’m smaller now than I have been for quite a few years.

So hair done ✔️
Make up on ✔️
Get dressed ✔️
Try feel some sort of positivity ✔️
Rest ✔️
See friends to make me laugh today ✔️

1ml really is only the size or smaller than a blueberry!! However I do strongly advise you have 1ml then wait at least 4 weeks to have another 1ml.

Over loading too much filler in quick time , will result in migration.

However this is why I advice more for cheek/jawline fillers.

IMPORTANT INFO & UPDATE FOR COVID-19 & FILLERS 🦠💉

Recent ACE guidance (2021) regarding covid-19 infection/vaccination and injectables have been released.

ANY DERMAL FILLER;
The guidance is NO filler for 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after Covid-19 vaccination.
ELYSIAN SKIN - to keep my clients safe, I have decided
NO FILLER FOR 4 weeks before or after vaccine.

Botulinum Toxin -
NO BOTOX injections for 2 weeks before or after.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE;
•In recent trials, they noticed x3 cases of facial swelling from vaccine. All 3 of these cases had recent dermal filler injections. So to keep people safe, the guidance is to give it 3-4 weeks for the immune response to calm down post vaccination.

•There is not sufficient evidence to prove this yet, however for now , we have decided to keep people safe as a precaution.

•YOU MUST be honest with your practitioner as it could result in your filler having complications.

COVID-19 INFECTION -
•It is important to note that you should not have injectables if you have any symptoms or even any infection symptoms. (This could result in complications)
PLEASE WAIT TO BE SYMPTOM FREE BEFORE INJECTIONS.

I strongly advise you do not delay your covid-19 vaccine.
HEALTH SHOULD ALWAYS BR YOUR NUNBER 1!!

•Re book your filler appointment for at least 3-4 weeks after your vaccination.
•Please also report any abnormal facial swelling within 6 months of your filler placement , to your practitioner, so they can report it to MHRA.
