** TRAINING ADVISOR WANTED **

We are a National Training provider with our head office situated in Tadley and now seek to expand the team and a position for a Full time Training advisor has become available.

Training Advisors will speak with potential & repeat customers, and advise on the best courses available to suit the customers needs.

This role would be ideally suited to someone that can demonstrate strong verbal & written communication skills and can work on their own as well as part of a team.

Previous experience of a training environment is preferred.

Other Qualities We Look For Are

Work reactively and proactively to meet customer requirements

Complete administration tasks, including updating customer systems and publishing training material

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers and suppliers

Be target driven

Work proactive and reactive training requests received

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through quality calls

In return there will attractive salary, monthly commission, along with career progression, free on-site parking and Pension provided.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5pm

Looking to book construction training and CITB registered? Did you know you can apply for funding up to £10,000 per year to pay for your construction training through a Skills & Training fund?
The Skills and Training fund aims to help small and micro construction companies to deliver high quality learning and development experiences to employers.

Who can apply for funding?
You can apply if:
• You are a CITB registered employer
• You have up to 99 directly employed staff on the payroll (employees must be in addition to yourself/business owner)
• Any previous project paid for by the Skills and Training fund has been signed off as complete
You can apply for funding once every 12 months and for training for both PAYE and sub-contractors.

How much you can apply for

CITB registered employers can apply for funding related to how many direct employees the have:
• Employers with CIS only (no PAYE) can receive up to £2500.
• Employers with 1 to 49 directly employed staff can receive up to £5000.
• Employers with 50 to 74 directly employed staff can receive up to £7500.
• Employers with 75 to 99 directly employed staff can receive up to £10000.
