North Downs Chiropractic are continually striving to provide new ways to promote improved patient health and wellbeing. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce from Tuesday 20th September, the clinic will be offering a new service to patients with our Deep Tissue Therapist James Keeley.

James will be adding personalised Rehabilitation sessions in addition to his Deep Tissue Massage, to compliment our Chiropractic treatments for patients.

James will aim to assess any areas where patients maybe lacking strength, stability or flexibility. Then using a combination of exercises he'll set to improve the function of the affected areas, to reduce pain and stop the injury from reoccurring long term. From the positive feedback we have had from patients regarding advice given, this is a service we feel will really benefit patients and their transition to better health outcomes.

Following on from the success of our open morning with our Acupuncturist Nadya Temple, I am pleased to announce the next in our series of free educational coffee mornings.

Taking place 3 weeks today on Friday 24th May from 10am - 12pm at North Downs Chiropractic Clinic, will be an opportunity to meet & learn from our practitioner Angela Rigby who will be sharing lots of valuable information to help you discover how Energy Healing techniques can help reduce stress, create calm, enhance focus, improve health and wellbeing.

In today's particularly busy world you may have problems sleeping, be struggling with anxiety or exam stress, or living a fast paced life. Angela will be able to answer any questions you may have, and can teach you techniques that you can do to help yourself.

Had the wonderful experience of visiting our fantastic local Charity "The Childrens Trust", Tadworth yesterday. Witnessing the wonderful work they do with the children was truly humbling.
