Zbierska Aesthetic Nurse

Zbierska Aesthetic Nurse I specialised in the treatment with PRP: Vampire Face Lift, Hair Growth , PDO Threads, Plasama Pen, Botox, Dermafillers and Skin boosters.

My name is Zaneta and my mission is to make people discover the most beautiful side of themselves in their everyday life. My goal for every client is to keep them feeling young, happy and confident in their own skin so that they can devote themselves to their daily activities and passions while being sure that they look their best. I am an Aesthetic Nurse specialised in the treatment of PRP, Dermal Fillers, microneedling and dermapen. Those methods allow me to keep your skin naturally young and healthy without any need of surgery or other serious intervention. My skills are confirmed by the membership of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN), the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP). With many years of nurse experience, you can trust in my medical expertise. I am a qualified RGN ( Registred Nurse) and an Independent Aesthetic Nurse. I have started my nursing career in Poland in 2008 and specialised in Aesthetic and Critical care. I worked at the private aesthetic clinic in Poland for over a year. After a few years I moved to Germany where I continued my career. In 2015 I decided to move to the UK to take another challenges and work as the Anaesthetic Team Leader at a private hospital in London. As a child I was interested in fashion and showed a sense of taste and aesthetics. Over time, I became a makeup consultant and stylist for my family and friends. Thanks to the combination of my medical expertise and additional beauty skills I have gained over many years, I can offer you the best quality of treatments, long lasting results and your safety. I would be glad to take care of your skin and contribute to your everyday happiness and self-confidence.

The first thing many clients tell me is:
👉 “I don’t want to look like a duck.”

And they’re right to worry — because poor technique or chasing trends can distort the lips and throw off the natural balance of the face.

🧠 Here’s the truth:
Lip filler isn’t about size. It’s about proportion, harmony, and your unique anatomy.
When lips are enhanced correctly, the results don’t scream filler — they simply bring out the best in your features.

🔍 My approach:

Careful assessment of facial balance (lips don’t exist in isolation).

Respect for natural anatomy — keeping the golden ratio in mind.

Gradual, subtle build for long-lasting, natural results.

Prioritising safety: understanding vessels, depth, and product choice.

💡 Done well, lip enhancement doesn’t change who you are.
It highlights your expressions, balances your profile, and refreshes your look — without crossing into exaggeration.

✨ The goal isn’t to create new lips.
It’s to help you feel more confident in the ones you already have.

If beauty comes with responsibility, then today marks a meaningful shift.

The UK has just announced a sweeping regulatory overhaul to protect patients from unqualified practitioners and dangerous procedures.

- High-risk treatments like injectable BBLs will be limited to qualified healthcare professionals working in CQC Registered clinics.
- Procedures such as botox and fillers now fall under a forthcoming local-authority licensing scheme, with requirements for hygiene, insurance, and accredited training.
- Crucially, minors under 18 will be barred from accessing risky injectable treatments unless approved by a medical professional.
- All practitioners must now conduct face-to-face consultations before prescribing prescription-only aesthetic medicines.

This isn’t about gatekeeping. It’s about ensuring every treatment starts with knowledge, continues with medical integrity, and ends with empathy.

As both a nurse and coach, I’ve long advocated that aesthetics isn’t just about transformation - it’s about trust, safety, and care. Today, the law finally begins to match the standard we uphold behind the screen.

Let’s build an industry that patients can believe in - because luxury without safety is simply not luxury at all.

In aesthetics, just like in football, the winning strategy depends on:
⚽ Knowing your strengths
⚽ Understanding the opponent (in our case: ageing, texture, volume loss)
⚽ Playing the long game and knowing when to score quickly

💬 Whether you’re a “Bayern” (longevity) or a “Chelsea” (impact now) - the best results come from blending both styles into one smart, personalised plan.

You prepped your skin. You booked your appointment. But your results don’t look or feel right.

Could it be stress?

According to a 2023 review in Frontiers in Psychology, high cortisol levels impair skin healing and increase the risk of swelling, bruising, and pigmentation after aesthetic procedures.

Your skin isn’t just collagen and pores. It’s a sensory organ — constantly reacting to what’s happening inside you.

This is why I always ask about:

How you slept

Your stress levels

Hormonal cycles

Because the success of your treatment depends on more than just the product. It depends on how your nervous system is regulating.

True beauty is co-created. By you, your skin, and your environment.

Maybe Kim saw her mum post-facelift, wrapped in compression bandages, and thought:

‘This could be a great product.’

A kind of fashion meets recovery moment.
But medical recovery and beauty routines are not the same.

Face shapewear — or ‘skinwear’ — is trending right now. Tapes, wraps, and masks promising lifted cheekbones and tighter skin overnight.

But here's what I know as a nurse:
In real medicine, compression serves a healing purpose. It manages swelling, supports tissues after surgery, and protects the body. It’s temporary. Prescribed. Purposeful.

What worries me is when we market these tools outside of context — turning surgical aftercare into beauty must-haves.
It teaches women that tightening = care, and that pressure = prevention.

Your face is not a project.
Your skin is not a trend.

When it comes to injectables: especially in high-risk areas like the lips - speed, skill, and clinical judgement matter more than ever.

Vascular occlusion isn’t a myth.
It’s rare, but when it happens, you don’t need panic -
You need a plan.

That’s why I believe in:
✔️ Asking the right questions before any treatment
✔️ Teaching clients what early signs to look out for
✔️ Holding space for calm, clear, and fast decision-making

Whether I’m holding a syringe, teaching new injectors, or supporting clinic teams - safety is never negotiable.

In a world chasing instant beauty, I choose thoughtful medicine.

Because real luxury is knowing you’re in safe hands.
And that applies to both your skin - and your staff.

Operating theatres don’t forgive shortcuts – and neither should aesthetic clinics.

Before stepping into aesthetics, I spent over 10 years in surgical theatres as an anaesthetic nurse. High-stakes procedures, rapid decisions, and life on the edge of precision - that was my daily environment.

When I entered aesthetic medicine, I brought with me something not all injectors have:
🔹 Respect for sterile fields
🔹 A sixth sense for early complications
🔹 Calm presence under pressure

It’s easy to underestimate the skill and structure behind “just a lip filler.” But the truth is – every injection is a medical procedure.

🧠 My background in neuro-coaching and stress management also allows me to support anxious clients and train teams to stay sharp and regulated.

✨ Aesthetic medicine needs more medical discipline - and more empathy. That’s where my work begins.

👉 Let’s raise safety standards together. Connect with me if you believe that aesthetics and surgical precision can (and should) go hand in hand.

What changed between the year 2000 and 2025?

🧠 Not biology - but perception.

In 2000, a 20-year-old was mostly shaped by real-life mirrors, family, and magazines. Today, she is shaped by filters, algorithms, face apps, and AI-generated beauty ideals - often before she even finishes puberty.

Recent studies show:
🔹 Gen Z is starting aesthetic treatments younger than any generation before (Dr Tim Pearce, 2023)
🔹 Facial filters influence what we find attractive and create a “hyperreal” version of self-image that’s nearly impossible to match in real life (PMFA Journal, 2024)
🔹 Social media contributes to facial dysmorphia, particularly among young women exposed to curated images daily (ScienceDirect, 2023)

And yet - most of this pressure is invisible. Quiet. Internalised. Passed off as “self-care.”

👩‍⚕️ As a nurse and coach, I’ve sat across from many women who didn’t want to “look younger” - they just didn’t want to look tired, filtered, over-exposed, or left behind.

We need to talk more honestly about what we’re absorbing - and how it shapes the way we age, compare, and care for ourselves.

✨ My take? Beauty should be about alignment - not algorithms.

Let’s bring back grounded conversations about what we really want to see in the mirror.

Fat Dissolving Injections - Is Aqualyx Right for You?

Struggling with stubborn pockets of fat that just won’t budge - no matter how well you eat or how often you move?

✨ Aqualyx is an injectable treatment designed to target small, localized fat deposits in areas like:

Under the chin (double chin)

Lower belly

Flanks (“love handles”)

Inner thighs

🔬 How does it work?
Aqualyx contains deoxycholic acid, a compound that breaks down fat cell membranes. Once destroyed, the fat is naturally removed by the body’s lymphatic system over time.

⏳ What to expect:
✔️ Minimal downtime
✔️ Mild swelling or tenderness for a few days
✔️ Best results seen after a series of 2–4 sessions
✔️ Not a weight-loss treatment - but perfect for sculpting problem areas

🙋‍♀️ Ideal for:

Healthy adults near their ideal weight

Patients with realistic expectations

Those looking for non-surgical fat reduction

🧠 As always, consultation is key. We’ll discuss your goals, medical history, and whether Aqualyx is the right solution for your body.
