Meet Leah! She joined our team recently, as one of the youngest members of our team we’ve been blown away by her maturity, attitude and how well she has settled into the role.
We’ve also been inundated with compliments from her customers who are absolutely delighted with her, well done and thank you, Leah!

💭 What made you decide to become a carer?
“Looking after my nan was what introduced me to caring. I just wanted to support her and make her feel comfortable, being there for her, especially during difficult times, made me think how important patience, support, and dignity are in care.”
💭 What do you wish more people understood about what carers actually do?
“I wish people understood that caring isn’t just about helping with daily tasks, it involves patience, emotional support, and building trust with clients.”
💭 What would you say to someone thinking about becoming a carer but not sure if it’s for them?
“The job is not always easy, but it is definitely rewarding. If you’re patient and genuinely care about people, it could be a great fit. I’d encourage them to give it a try, because you don’t always know until you experience it.”
