We’re now offering ADVANCED Hygienist appointments with our NEW Dental Therapist - even if you’re NOT a routine Dental patient at Glenhaven!
A Dental Therapist sits between a Hygienist and a Dentist - they have additional training which means they can provide more thorough gum treatment as well as carry out routine hygiene care. This also means you’re able to attend Glenhaven for one-off Hygiene appointments if you’re not a Dental patient with us, and are unable to see a Hygienist at your current Dental practice!
For your Hygienist appointment with us, this means;
* Longer standard appointment times
* A new Air Polishing system which involves a higher rate of stain removal
* Improved comfort during treatment
* More effective management of gum inflammation and gum disease
* Support of healthier, more stable gums long term
