Arabella Therapies offers Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Swedish Massage Therapy, Functional Integrated Dry Needling, Mobilisations as well as Yoga, meditation and movement approaches to improving your health and wellbeing. All of these treatments deal with the whole person – body, mind and spirit. These holistic therapies support you to take an active role in your health and well-being, promoting relaxation and gently bringing the body back into its natural state of balance. I’m based in Arabella, Easter Ross and work from a therapy room in my home. I work with clients of all ages, children, women and men and am fully qualified and insured.

Wounds don’t heal the way you want them to, they heal the way they need to. It takes time for wounds to fade into scars. It takes time for the process of healing to take place.
Give yourself that time. Give yourself that grace. Be gentle with your wounds. Be gentle with your heart. You deserve to heal. You have a right to know peace in your skin.
