☀️ Tomorrow, Sunday 24th May – Outdoor Floating Sound Baths ☀️ 

With a glorious heatwave blessing us this weekend, Golden-Bliss has decided to offer some impromptu outdoor Floating Sound Baths as a nourishing treat for the mind, body & soul.

Come and float, breathe, soften and deeply relax with us as healing sounds and vibrations gently wash over you, reaching the very core of your being. ✨

Held in a beautiful private pool in Little Hadham, Hertfordshire, where we hosted many magical sessions last year.

🌿 Session Times

10:30am – 75 minutes - 1 space
12:30pm – 75 minutes -6 spaces

You can choose either:
💧 Floating on the pool
or
🕊️ Relaxing poolside

For those choosing to float, you remain fully supported on sturdy luxury double air beds. You can stay fully dressed if you wish, Melanie and I will gently help you on and off the floats, and only your feet get wet as you step onto your bed. ☀️

I’ve just spent the last couple of days hosting Floating Sound Baths at The Set, Little Baddow, Chelmsford. ✨

Such a magical place to integrate frequency healing, allowing us to switch off, enter deep relaxation, and give the body space to balance, restore, and reset. 💛✨☀️

Join Melanie and I for a midweek sound-bath in this beautiful space at the United reformed Church, Water Lane, Bishop’s Stortford, Wednesday, the 20th of May , 7:15-8.45 pm.

This is a space for you to completely relax, forget about any worries or stresses. There’s nothing to do, nowhere to be, no demands on you, just to rest back and be.

The sound frequencies and vibrations are very powerful to help calm the mind and relax the body, giving our nervous system a reset. 

It’s also wonderful way to connect to our own spirituality and inner peace

Reset Day at The Set today ✨

Clients enjoyed a beautiful blend of Pilates, yoga, and mindfulness, followed by a deeply relaxing spa experience using the hot and cold therapy, whirlpool bath, swimming pool, and peaceful time inside or on the sun loungers in the sunshine.

A nourishing lunch was then served before finishing the day with a Floating Soundbath.

By the time I arrived to hold the Floating Soundbath, everyone looked incredibly calm, grounded, and deeply relaxed,the perfect way to complete a restorative reset day. 💛

✨ The majestic sounds of the gongs ✨
