i Want to Sleep is made up of two fully qualified Sleep Coaches who are passionate about helping the country sleep better.
We offer several services, including one-to-one sleep coaching sessions, relaxation classes for a range of age groups and corporate training to companies who value the well-being of their workforce.
The health and psychological benefits of sleep are key to our daily function. There is clear evidence to suggest that sleeplessness for a prolonged period of time is a contributing factor to numerous medical conditions, including bowel cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Even with this knowledge we still fail to prioritise our poor sleeping patterns.
Well the good news is, we here at i Want to Sleep are on hand to help. It may be that you struggle to drop off at night, or your mind is full of racing thoughts that just won’t stop; maybe you have no problem dropping off but you are constantly disturbed by your partners snoring. No matter what disturbs your sleep it is not something that you have to just accept. There are things that can be done and we are here to help you through it.
