For parents of young children or grown-up ones - this weekend offers a space to slow down, breathe, and be together in honest reflection.

Through the practice of Council, we’ll explore how deep listening and heartfelt speaking can support us in navigating the tender terrain of parenting - guilt, shame, regret, and love with awareness, empathy, and compassion.

Deep Listening: A Ceremony of Connection
This course offers a simple yet profound ceremony—an invitation to pause, to rest, and to open into the deepest listening.
Together we will explore a way of being that softens habitual tensions and allows body, heart, mind, and soul to reconnect. By letting go of agendas and expectations, we create the conditions to receive through our whole being. In this openness, we begin to sense our inseparable connection with the living Earth—a unified flow of consciousness where clouds, leaves, sun, moon, rocks, and rivers become our teachers and companions.
Through this practice, the body becomes a map, guiding us into both the inner and outer landscapes of nature and the wider Universe. As our awareness shifts and our senses awaken, we may experience a deepening wholeness and an enlivened clarity—a way of meeting life that is grounded, responsive, and fully alive.
What to expect
• Gentle, hands-on work rooted in the Alexander Technique
• Time alone in nature to listen and reflect
• Opportunities to share our experiences in Council
• A closing ceremony of gratitude to honour our lives and this shared journey
