🌟 2024 is going to be a big year! This year is my 30th birthday and instead of doing the norm and throwing a party, I’ve decided to complete 5 days of trekking across the alps in honour of Alzheimer’s Research UK.

🥾 Trek will be a 5 day adventure through the Mont Blanc region passing through traditional Swiss villages and visit two other beautiful countries including Italy and France, in one long weekend!

🧡 Alzheimer’s Research UK stand for everyone affected by dementia and are fighting for a cure. 1 in 2 of will be directly impacted by dementia either by caring for someone with the condition, developing it ourselves or tragically both.

*About Me*

Hi, my name is Jordan and I graduated from university of Gloucestershire in 2016 with a BSc in Sports Therapy.

I then went onto completing an internship with Birmingham Moseley rugby club as an assistant sports therapist. Although my background is mainly in Rugby but have worked various sports including football and hockey to provide a range athletes with treatment, rehabilitation programmes and sports massage to aid their recovery.

I currently work with a local rugby team and with a professional football academy alongside my current clinic in Tamworth.
