🎄Health & Fitness is NOT seasonal:
🗓️Well December has come into play & it shows year after year, a lot of people fall OFF their goals at this time of year! Health & fitness IS NOT seasonal.
🫀If you’re someone looking to make health/fitness improvements, the best thing you can physically & mentally do for yourself is to stay active.
⏰ “I don’t have time” - There are 744 hours in December, if you really wanted to you would make time. Weather it’s a 20 minute walk, a 30 minute class / weight session, I’d encourage everyone who’s been doing exercise to STAY doing exercise.
💪🏼Less excuses, more activity.
🍕Enjoy yourself & relax, but also sip some water & keep getting your activity in, you’ll thank yourself come January.
