Our Day will comprise of .

12pm: Meet & Greet ,with a health tonic and Oracle card reading .

12.15 Revitalising Yoga, YIN /VIN style with Rachel .

1.15 pm : Lunch , made with love ❤️ by Tracey .
Herbal teas available all day .

Approx 2pm : Face tutorial with Rachel in preparation for treatments .

2.30: Group will split .
Half stays in the Main Studio .
Half retreats to the Zen Den .

Main Studio ; Let’s make a Tai - Massage ball using an array of ingredients.They will then need to be warmed up .
Whilst we are waiting .
We will settle down for a healing session using the elements of sound .
Finishing with a massage tutorial with our handmade Tai - Massage balls . With Rachel .

Zen Den : With team Octavia.
Treatments will begin with an invigorating back scrub followed by Hot Mitts to remove product and dead skin cells.
We will then turn you over to perform a soothing hair & scalp treatment followed by a hydrating face mask and massage . ( Octavia & Om signature treatment)

Groups swap

We will all then gather in the main studio
For tea & cake.

Finishing with a wonderful meditation to finish your day ,to help ground you .

£25 deposit required .

Our intention is that you feel brand new by the end of the day with a bright fresh complexion.

4-6.30 : Reiki Ceremony.
Book a 20 minute Reiki Session with our Reiki Healers .Clearmind Holistic Therapies,Clare Ball Holistics,Lee Hasty.
For £15, then afterwards relax with a warm herbal tea and sweet treat .

A beautiful way to spend the Winter Solstice.

Hi folks here is something special to put in your diary for December 21st.
On the shortest day of the year ,bring some light into your life .

The Winter Solstice.

We are going to be doing two ceremonies in The Zen Den .

2.15-3.15pm : A Tea Meditation Ceremony.
£10pp with Rachel .
A ancient art of mindfulness,a Japanese tea ritual combined with gentle stretching ,breath work and guided meditation.

3.30-5pm A Reiki Ceremony with James Vanstone ,Clearmind Holistic Therapies,Clare Ball Holistics.
These 3 powerful Reiki Masters will be offering short reiki sessions, the treatment tables will be set up ,alongside a chill out area with herbal teas & sweet treats .
The Zen is a wonderful healing space .
A wonderful Retreat from the world for £12 ,a blast of reiki and a chill out ,sounds like heaven 🙏🙏

5-6.30pm In The Main Studio .
Winter Solstice Rituals
With Lyn White ,Rachel & Maz .£12.

Let us sit in a healing circle,a fire of light with candles .
A chance to breathe and reset ,with poems ,crafting ,sound therapy.Candle Gazing ,writing down what you want to leave behind .
Warm drinks and sweet treats .
Celebrating Yule .

We will also have a small gift table selling some crafts ,made by yourselves (our beautiful community)
That may make some nice Christmas stocking fillers .❤️
