May is National Walking Month, led by Living Streets, and it’s a great reminder of how something as simple as walking can make a real difference to our health and wellbeing.
Regular walking can help boost mood, reduce stress, improve fitness, and support long-term health. It’s also a wonderful way to enjoy fresh air, connect with your community, and take a bit of time for yourself.
This year’s theme encourages everyone to – whether that’s a short stroll, walking instead of driving where possible, or heading outside just for the joy of it.
