About Us

Hands On Sports Massage and Wellbeing is an independently run local practitioner specialising in Sports Massage, Health and Well being practices.

We are based in Tamworth and offer a home-visit service as well as a central location.

Our founder Sammy not only has a passion for massage and wellbeing, but has a YMCA Level 3 in Sports Massage Therapy. Sammy offers a free consultation service to identify route causes of any muscular or skeletal issues, and can put a bespoke plan in place, tailored to suit you.

Our treatments can improve posture, increase range of movement, increase energy levels, assist with muscular or skeletal pain/discomfort as well as improve general wellbeing and happiness levels.
