Hey! I’m Nicole, a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist with over 5 years of hands-on experience helping people feel and perform their best 💪

I work with a wide range of clients, from high-level athletes to anyone simply looking to move better, feel better or simply need some TLC.
Here’s a little more about me:

🎭 I originally trained in musical theatre and work/have worked professionally as a dancer, singer, and actress.

💃 I also teach dance and am a qualified fitness instructor. Movement and wellness are truly at the heart of everything I do.

Hi there! My name is Nicole, and I am the proud owner of Target Massage Therapy. I’ve been running my little business for the past 4 years, and it has been an incredible journey.

Interestingly, my background is actually in musical theatre! After lockdown, I felt inspired to change careers and pursue my passion for helping others through sports massage therapy. This new direction also led me to become a fitness instructor. Now, I get to combine my love for fitness and wellness every day, helping my clients feel their best both physically and mentally.

I offer, Sports/Deep Tissue Massage, Dry/Fire Cupping and Hot Stones.

What Are The Red Marks Caused By Cupping?🔴

During cupping therapy, suction is applied to the skin, promoting increased blood flow and circulation.

Cupping creates red marks by drawing blood to the skin’s surface.

The temporary discolouration and circular marks, often range from light pink to dark red.

The marks usually fade within a few days to a couple of weeks.
