10am – Yoga Basics with Gemma
A welcoming class suitable for everyone. Expect a nourishing, feel-good practice designed to leave you revitalised, energised, and truly alive. Gentle yet effective movements to massage the muscles and ease the body.

🔥 6:30pm – Hot Yoga with Lee
Also suitable for all levels. Enjoy a deeply warming session in up to 35°C of infrared heat with around 50% humidity, creating the perfect environment for a comfortable and enjoyable hot yoga experience.

A gentle, flowing practice to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath and body.

What is Qi (Chee) Gong?
A system of energy cultivation that includes simple breathing, stretching and meditative exercises designed to regulate the flow of Qi (vital energy).
Movements are repeated, similar to a typical aerobic class format, making them easily accessible for everyone.
It’s also often used for early stage recovery or fatigue management. So ideal for anyone coming back from injury or limited in their range of movement or those suffering with Chronic Fatigue.
Combining movement, paced breathing and focused attention.
This combination can reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality and support self management of persistent symptoms such as fatigue and pain - outcomes that are highly relevant to recovery.
I’m available for one to one sessions, or we run a weekly class for up to 8 people at Midlands Yoga at 6pm on a Thursday evening.

A little update from Midlands Yoga 🤍

We wanted to let you know that from Monday 13th April there will be a small increase in our class prices.

This isn’t something we’ve taken lightly — and it’s actually the first increase we’ve made in quite some time. As with many small businesses, our running costs have risen, and this adjustment simply helps us continue to keep the studio running in the way we love — warm, welcoming, and high quality for you all.

Midlands Yoga has always been about more than just classes. It’s a space to breathe, reset, connect meet like minded people and feel supported and we’re so grateful to have such an amazing community around us.
