What is Qi (Chee) Gong?
A system of energy cultivation that includes simple breathing, stretching and meditative exercises designed to regulate the flow of Qi (vital energy).
Movements are repeated, similar to a typical aerobic class format, making them easily accessible for everyone.
It’s also often used for early stage recovery or fatigue management. So ideal for anyone coming back from injury or limited in their range of movement or those suffering with Chronic Fatigue.
Combining movement, paced breathing and focused attention.
This combination can reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality and support self management of persistent symptoms such as fatigue and pain - outcomes that are highly relevant to recovery.
I’m available for one to one sessions, or we run a weekly class for up to 8 people at Midlands Yoga at 6pm on a Thursday evening.
