One of my revamped programmes is 🌱 FLOURISH 🌱
The purpose of this programme is to strengthen the ability of everyone – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually to cope with stress, adapt to challenges and “Flourish” in different aspects of life.
The sessions work on a framework to help you to gain tangible results in a small group setting of no less than 6 people and no more than 10 people for the greatest benefit.
Wellbeing Champions act as “go to” individuals within your company that can respond well to those in need of a “listening ear.” They can provide general wellbeing support, facilitate implementation of the company’s health and wellbeing strategy, and signpost the wellbeing support available. What is holistic coaching?
Holistic coaching is more than a method; it is a philosophy that uses the entirety of human existence into the healing process.
This approach seeks to harmonise the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical aspects of an individual's life. By focusing on each of these dimensions, I help clients achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.
This method includes exploring core beliefs, cultivating positive change, and providing accountability. The process often involves setting goals in various areas of life, ensuring that every aspect is nurtured.
The aim is to help clients lead a more aligned and meaningful existence.
The pandemic was a tough time on families for all kinds of reasons. One particular family dynamic was grandparents - often a valued source of childcare so that their own adult children can juggle careers and family (as well as because we want to be a part of their lives, of course!)
The Telegraph did an article at the time that I contributed to as one of the many grandparents. I had the birth of one grandchild yet all of our interactions were online and I spent the time wishing I could hug them. I missed making them dinner each Monday. I even missed collapsing in an exhausted heap on Tuesdays! 😂
I mainly kept myself together by focusing on what we could do when the lockdowns eased but it certainly wasn't easy.
Changing family roles can often be challenging but there is always a way through it.

How does the VIP Experience work?
Last week I completed a VIP Experience Day and follow up Accountability call with a previous client who had become stuck after various challenges in his life - he had noticed that we had refreshed our programmes and got in touch.
🗎 After an initial discussion I sent him a questionnaire to complete so that we could establish the areas which needed support in order to plan a framework for the VIP day.
💬 On the return of the questionnaire, we arranged a zoom chat where within an hour we had brainstormed a plan of the biggest present challenges for the tailor-made VIP day. This included clarity – to define goals, eliminate distractions, to gain focus and a real sense of purpose for tangible results and overall well-being for an optimistic future.
☕ We met at the luxury venue for coffee and then dicsussed the core purpose with a deep dive to experience significant breakthroughs with a clear path for the discussed goals. We enjoyed lunch which allowed some space for reflection and for any other ideas to be covered.
🎯In the afternoon we formulated the timing and implementation of the goals. Much of the last session concentrates on self-care – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual to promote overall well-being and quality of life.
📞 After the VIP day, we connected for the “follow up accountability” call. This was important to the client and to myself to ensure that the plans were clear and in progress, to offer support and ensure that the holistic side of the programme was continuing.
