Total Yoga with Annette My page for Yoga classes, inspiration and just general loveliness from me Annette Bates My page to promote and share my yoga journey.

Through teaching yoga and sharing as i discover the wisdom that yoga has to share with me. Since attending my first 200 hour yoga teacher training in the holy city of Rishikesh i have gone on to attend a further 200 hour TTC in Costa Rica. I regularly attend workshops and courses to further my experience and knowledge on my yogic path and love to share the new and wonderful things that i learn .
