Honestly, this quote gave me a good laugh, but it also reminded me of just how powerful Pilates really is. Every single cue helps build better posture, strength, flexibility, and that all-important mind-body connection. It’s not about doing it perfectly- it’s about showing up, listening to your body, and moving with intention.
