✨ Upskilling for Safer Care ✨

On Friday, our team successfully completed the CPI Safety Interventions Foundation Training – an accredited two-day course designed to build confidence and skills in recognising, preventing, and responding to challenging behaviours. 💪

A total of four staff members took part, learning key techniques in:
✔️ Crisis prevention and de-escalation
✔️ Safe intervention strategies when necessary
✔️ Trauma-informed, person-centred approaches
✔️ Reflection and debriefing for continuous improvement

We’re proud of our staff for committing to their professional growth and ensuring safer, more compassionate care for those we support. 🌿
