This small annual increase helps cover rising costs of:

✨ Insurance and professional registration

✨ Corns & Seed Corns — What’s the Difference? ✨

Do you have painful areas on your feet that feel like you’re walking on a stone? It could be a corn or seed corn — both very common and very treatable 👣

🔹 Corns
Corns are areas of hard skin that build up due to pressure or friction, often caused by footwear or changes in how you walk. They usually appear on toes or pressure points and can become very uncomfortable or painful.

🔹 Seed Corns
Seed corns are much smaller but can still be surprisingly sore. They often appear on the sole of the foot, especially on dry skin or weight-bearing areas, and may look like tiny hardened spots grouped together.
