A small porch build for this customer after their current porch was built on slabs and had started to shift and pull away from the house.
The only way to fix this bodged job was take it down and rebuild it with footings and concrete pad base. We re-used the roof, door and windows to keep the cost down.

This patio area was installed for a previous customer, to finish off the extension we did for them the previous year.

Another beautiful garage conversion from last year, we knocked through into the kitchen to make a bigger kitchen/dining area. Built a brick feature wall. The downstairs toilet was moved and made into a small toilet/utility room. We removed the original flat roof and built a new roof with vaulted ceiling and roof windows to give more light.

What seemed a small space has opened up the rear of the house beautifully.
On the same job we also created this media wall, now looking stunning with the fire and shelves fitted.

Such a busy year we've not even had chance to post our work to show you all. Diary is booking up for 2024 and we're now taking bookings for 2025.

Pictures below are for a garage conversion we completed last year. Creating a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, the back of the garage was blocked off from the front to make a utility room off the kitchen.
