Here’s my easy guide to understanding a little bit more about vitamin A and the benefits it has to including it in your daily skin routine.

I’ve noticed massive improvements to my skin since using retinol to treat early signs of ageing and to improve my skins tone and texture. It is important to remember a less is more approach when first using it though, I know that from experience after going in too harshly at first. You learn the hard way sometimes I guess! Using Retinol once or twice a week works well for me without causing any dryness or sensitivity.
