I'm going to be real with you for a moment. 🌿

The Dragon Zen Immersion is just two weeks away — and I've still got spaces available. Normally I'd wait until things filled up before saying anything. But that's not who I am, and it's not why I created this day.

I created it because I know what it feels like to need a reset and not find one. And I don't want anyone who genuinely needs this to miss out because I was too quiet about it.

So here I am, personally inviting you to join our small, powerful circle.

On Sunday 17th May, I'm holding an intimate one-day retreat at WI Hall, Drayton Bassett — a space I've transformed into something genuinely beautiful and calm.

Most of us are walking around holding stress we don't even realise is there.
Not the obvious kind — not the racing heart before a big meeting. The quiet, invisible kind that settles into your body and just... stays.
As a Qigong teacher, I see it all the time. And I've felt it myself.
Here are 5 signs your body might be holding onto stress right now:
🔹 1. Your shoulders live somewhere near your ears
You relax them, then five minutes later – they're back up. Your body is bracing. It's been bracing for a long time.
🔹 2. You breathe shallowly without realising it
Try taking a deep breath right now. Did your chest move more than your belly? That's a nervous system in low-level alert.
🔹 3. You clench your jaw or grind your teeth
Often at night. Sometimes during a phone call you didn't realise was stressful. Your jaw holds more than you'd think.
🔹 4. Your digestion feels unsettled
Bloating, butterflies, an unsettled gut. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the digestive organs are deeply connected to worry and overthinking.
🔹 5. You're exhausted — but you can't switch off
"Wired but tired." Your body wants rest; your mind won't let it land.
