The Rhythm of the Water, The Grounding of the Earth. 🌿⚓️

There is something about living in an off-grid home that demands you stay present. Returning to my boat after a few days away has been the perfect reminder that our environment and our energy are deeply connected.

Living as one with nature in my "floating sanctuary" is where I find my own daily centre—and it inspires the Dragon Zen Qiflow practice. 🐉

I am so excited to bring that "boat zen" onto dry land for our first gathering of the year!

I am officially opening registration for my FREE Live Demo on January 7th. We’ll be meeting at Drayton Bassett Village Club, a wonderful space where we can find our collective flow and shake off the holiday heaviness together.
