Sharon Taylor - Complete Harmony I help busy women to put themselves on their to-do list with health & wellbeing solutions that work!

I work with a variety of people who appreciate the benefits of having time out to manage their stress levels. My hands-on treatments and workshops are designed to help you feel relaxed, energised and motivated, mentally, emotionally and physically. Guidance and support are provided in the form of tips, tools and techniques for you to use outside your treatment sessions. I work with organisations to provide them with Workplace Wellbeing Programmes designed to help reduce workplace stress and absenteeism, which will increase productivity and promote a more harmonious office environment. I also work with charities that support people who care for their loved ones in their own homes. The feelings of isolation and being on call 24/7 takes its toll on a carers' mental, emotional and physical health and that's where I come in. When you're caring 24/7, finding time to yourself can sometimes feel impossible and looking after yourself may only happen during respite periods. To support your service users' mental, emotional and physical health and wellness, I provide group workshops and 1-2-1 sessions designed to give carers tools and techniques to help them put some focus on their own health and wellbeing and to help increase their self-awareness and confidence. I am developing a 6 week, Caring for Carers Programme; a toolbox of techniques to build self-confidence, self-care and increase mental relaxation.
1-2-1 support is also available. Workshops include stress awareness and management, journaling, self-care techniques, meditation and mindfulness techniques. If you're a carer, what do you do to release feelings of stress, anxiety or guilt?

Journaling is a powerful self-care tool that carers can use to help deal with these emotions.

When I run my Journaling for Carers workshop we discuss how they can address these feelings using journaling.

The two main obstacles that come up when journaling is mentioned are:

⏳ lack of time

🤔 not knowing what to write about.

The good news is these barriers can be overcome with the right approach. Imagine taking just a few minutes each day to free your mind and gain a sense of clarity.

Hi. I’m Sharon Taylor and I work as a complementary therapist. I have two grown-up daughters, two rescue cats and a partner (Geoff). I love socialising with friends, self-developement activities and eating cake!

I help you to find your mojo! To feel uplifted emotionally, feel energised and to feel more able to deal with the challenges of your modern-day life.

I provide you with health and wellbeing solutions in an holistic and complementary way.

This is achieved by using a series of powerful techniques based around proven therapies including reiki, reflexology, meditations and massages. These treatments have the remarkable ability to increase your energy levels, relax you mentally and physically and help you with mental clarity.
