Hello , My name is Lianne , welcome to my page ‘Brighter Days Ahead’ , I am a qualified therapist , BSc Hons in psychology and Counselling and BPS accredited , I have experience in dealing with many issues and have spent a number of years working with parents with peri and postnatal depression , this opportunity has lead to me gaining experience in CBT and other mental health issues inc anxiety , depression , loss and bereavement aswell as many other issues, sessions will be online or face to face , I will also be doing play therapy sessions for young children. I am passionate about helping people find a way to see a brighter future after experiencing many dark times myself I am now ready to help others learn how to see brighter days ahead .
