MAINTENANCE PERSON

We are looking for a maintenance person to take a leading role in maintaining our care home on a 40 hour per week full time contract. Duties will include, but not limited to, preventative maintenance, time critical maintenance, compliance checks, painting/decorating, basic plumbing and ad-hoc duties as required by the home. Competitive rate of pay along with 6 weeks paid annual leave plus call outs and overtime paid extra. Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.

We run daily activities for our residents including arts & crafts, regular live singers, themed events and much more. This position would suit someone bubbly and pro-active.
