This was a painful corn. The client described the feeling like he had a pebble in his shoe.
After reducing the corn, it left a crater shaped dent where the corn had been sitting but the client had immediate relief.

Cracked Heels after 1 painless visit @ ‘Foot Health Care’

Before
The case presents a deep fissure on the back of the heel and many more cracks around the sides too.
After
The fissure has almost gone. The cracks on the sides almost not visible. The client has been advised now to use a specific heel balm and to return in 4 weeks for another treatment to perfect and prevent the skin from fissures in the future.

Cracked heels are subsequently very sore, a source for infection and aesthetically displeasing.
They are very common too.
Here is a recent case with Before and After pictures taken after an 45 minute, painless treatment.
The client was sent home with an emolument to improve the flexibility of the skin and a follow up appointment to repeat the treatment for more improvement and prevention of cracked heels from happening again.
