One of the biggest shifts I’ve seen over the years is this > tension isn’t always a muscle problem.

Often, it’s the nervous system staying in a guarded state.

When the body doesn’t feel safe, it holds. Muscles stay slightly contracted. Breathing stays shallow.

This is why pressure alone doesn’t always create lasting change.

The body softens when the nervous system allows it to.
