A Busy Week & A Little Catch-Up!
Hi everyone!
Wow — another busy week! It’s been go, go, go with my 1-2-1 personal training clients, teaching Pilates classes, running my LIFT sessions (our small-group women’s strength training 💪), zoom coaching call and catching up on check-ins with my amazing Midlife Mojo Method ladies and Fitness After 40 ladies plus a bit of admin (because someone’s got to do it, right?! 😅) — and of course, fitting in my own training too!
It’s a busy weekend as well — I’m spending time programming my online clients’ training plans and nutrition, all completely bespoke to their goals and lifestyles. I’ll definitely be heading out for a walk later though, to stretch my legs and break up the sitting! 🚶♀️
I haven’t been on here much this last week, but that’s real life sometimes — and I wanted to pop on to say hi and share a little reminder that it’s all about balance.
October is World Menopause Month and this year’s theme is Lifestyle Medicine — something I’m really passionate about. Because how we move, eat, rest and live every day makes such a huge difference to how we feel through midlife and beyond.
I’ll be chatting more about this in my next post — including some simple lifestyle shifts that can boost your energy, mood and overall wellbeing.
