This is why I do what I do ❤️

I’ve recently had a client return to Pilates after a hip replacement…

Before her operation, she kept coming to classes and often said it was Pilates that kept her moving while she waited. When things felt stiff, uncomfortable and uncertain, it gave her a way to stay mobile and connected to her body.

And now?

She’s back… and moving better than she has in a long time

Not because we’re pushing hard —
but because we focus on what truly matters:

- Gentle, controlled movement
- Strength built safely
- Stability and balance
- Confidence in her body again

These are real-life situations I work with every single week in my Pilates sessions.

May Bank Holiday done right ☀️
I swapped my usual routine for a girls’ trip to Fuerteventura with my sister and friends… it was just what I needed.

- 70,000+ steps in 5 days
- Sunshine, laughs & pool time
- Beach walks into Corralejo
- Amazing food (tapas, fresh fish & Italian 😍)
- Artisan markets, live music & even a little dance 💃

A perfect mix of moving the body, relaxing and making memories.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your health isn’t another workout… it’s stepping away, recharging and enjoying life.

Back in the gym yesterday 💪 after a lovely Easter weekend spent with family, good food, a walk in the fresh air… and yes, some chocolate too 🐣🍫

And this is your reminder…It’s not about being perfect. It’s about balance.

So many women think they’ve “fallen off track” after a weekend like this — but you haven’t.

You don’t need to start over.
You don’t need to punish yourself.

You just need to do the next best thing.

For me, that was getting back into my routine, back into the gym, walking outside and back to the habits that make me feel good!

And that’s exactly what I encourage all my lovely clients to do too!

No guilt.
No extremes.
Just consistency over time.

Because that’s what really gets results 💪
