There’s something so powerful about a fresh start — it’s like opening a brand new page and writing the next chapter of your story.

Ladies, especially us over 40, this is YOUR reminder that you don’t need to wait for the “perfect time” to take action. Every little step counts — whether it’s moving your body, nourishing yourself, or simply choosing a more positive thought today. 💛

I may still be soaking up some holiday sunshine ☀️🇬🇷 but I’m also celebrating my amazing online ladies who took action last month — they’ve already reported weight loss, more energy, and feeling stronger in themselves. Proof that consistency works, no matter your age!

And for me, my intention this month is to come back from holiday feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to train with purpose and focus on my business — because I know that’s what will move me closer to my own big goals.

Yesterday we visited the famous Elafonissi Beach here in Crete 🇬🇷… and wow, it really is stunning ✨
Pink-tinted sand, shallow turquoise lagoons, and miles of coastline 🌊 — it’s easy to see why people rave about it.
The only thing? It was busy. Really busy. At first, there was hardly space between sunbathers 😅 But we wandered further around and found quieter stretches, which felt much more “us.”
We’ve realised we definitely prefer quieter, more remote beaches where you can just breathe, hear the waves, and feel the calm. Big crowds can feel overwhelming.
That said, we do love the villa pool too 🏊‍♀️ — mostly because it’s just us, no one else around (total opposite of Elafonissi 😆).
👉 I’d love to know — do you prefer big, lively beaches full of atmosphere, or the quiet, hidden-away spots?
