Sarah rowlands another of our brilliant carers! Sarah has worked in care for 24 years she started at just 18 years old. Sarah is compassionate, warm hearted and definitely the crazy one of our team and is always full of energy making her such an amazing addition to Lydia rose care! She loves every aspect of care but particularly enjoys the companionship! Sarah has three lovely children but is still always full of energy!

Our beautiful deputy manager Suzanne! Suzanne started working in care in 2010 and has shown amazing empathy and compassion towards everyone she has taken care of. She loves going for walks and especially loves alpacas 🦙! Suzanne has lived local to the area all her life and has had three amazing sons that adore Suzanne just as much as she adores them ❤️.

One of our amazing carers Maja sebastiani! Maja has been a long standing member of staff and has been a devoted carer showing compassion and support for many of our clients! The clients enjoy spending time with Maja, she enjoys taking them out for time to socialise for a cup of coffee in the local villages. 4 amazing years working with Maja and plenty more to come 😁!

Laura Fagan director of Lydia rose care, Laura has been working in care since the age of 13 and has worked her way through management in care homes to then start our wonderful company! Laura is passionate about creating a team of the best carers who provide excellent care full of compassion and dignity something laura has done from an early age. Laura doesn’t only have a passion for helping people but animals she loves all animals and currently has 6 dogs, a parrot and a cat!
