3️⃣ “You have to be flexible to do Pilates.”

My name is Chelsey Humberstone, and I’m a fully qualified physiotherapist with over 4 years experience teaching physio-led Pilates.

I’m APPI trained, and registered with both the HCPC and CSP, so you’re in safe, experienced hands when it comes to movement, rehabilitation, and overall well-being.

Whether you’re here to support your recovery, improve your posture, build core strength, or simply move with more confidence – you’re in the right place.
