And that’s a wrap! Tomorrow I head away for a well earned break with my family. A HUGE Thankyou to all my lovely clients for entrusting me with your aches and pains. What a year it’s been. Feeling very grateful for working in a job that doesn’t feel like work, for my business that continues to grow year on year and to my clients that have become friends. 🙏🙏🙏

Sneaked in a well earned day off today 🥳 The Martin girls headed to Chatsworth House for a sparkly festive treat and an early birthday lunch for Mum. Munched on homemade Steak and Ale pies, sipped hot chocolate at the Christmas market and inhaled everything shiny and pretty. Just lovely 🌲🤩🍁

October 25” 🍁

I challenged myself this October to learn two new sports -Padel & Reformer Pilates … and I have loved every minute of it! It hasn’t been without its mishaps, but there has been a lot of laughter, met some lovely new friends and the fitness levels are improving (slightly 😅) my Padel technique is akin to Bridget Jones level! 😂 but hopefully I will improve gracefully in time! 🫣🤭

A huge thankyou to KC Pilates 🧘‍♀️- in Doddleston. Reformer Pilates taught in their beautiful new studio. Highly recommended 🙌

Could do with some Advanced Clinical body work myself now!

I offer bespoke holistic and remedial bodywork that is tailored to the individual need. I have always been fascinated by anatomy and healing and combine my passion for sport and wellbeing through my work as a remedial therapist. I am Level 3 & 4 Sports Massage qualified as well as an Advanced Clinical Massage therapist. Am trained in hot stone fusion, advanced myofascial release therapy, TMJ pain, pregnancy and chair massage.
