Exciting News~ Vital Yoga is back!
In collaboration with Reigate and Banstead Councils School Holiday Activities!!! Offering two parent and toddler yoga sessions The Merstham Community Hub on 03/08/23 then again, same time on 07/08/23 at The Harlequin Theatre Redhill. That well-being feeling! Come and grab some fun and frolics with toddler’s Tuesdays …

When I began teaching yoga for toddler’s, I wanted a class to take my son to and build a community of likeminded souls!

Mental well being is very important to me and important for everyone, no matter the age-so let’s activate a healthy and positive well being journey for our littles and have fun along the way 🍍🙌🏽🙏
