Please complete our short, anonymous survey to help us learn:

How comfortable you feel about AI scribes being used

Any concerns you may have about privacy or accuracy

What information you would like us to provide

How we can make AI-assisted consultations transparent and reassuring

👉 Click here to take the survey - https://forms.gle/B8hCaXaKQUu2gS4S8

Your responses will help us create clear, accessible educational resources for patients about how AI tools are used safely and responsibly in the NHS.
