We warmly invite you to join our Circles of Grief session. A gentle and supportive space to explore your personal experiences of grief and loss in all their forms.

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, this gathering offers a compassionate place to share what may be laying heavy on your heart.

Our intention is to create a loving and safe environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported to meet whatever arises during the session.

Supporting Patients with a Palliative Care Diagnosis – A free session for GPs 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

We’re pleased to offer a free educational session for GPs, focusing on how hospice services can support the management of patients with a palliative care diagnosis.

The session will explore the wide range of services available, including referral criteria, and provide an opportunity to discuss complex patient cases, with time for questions and shared learning.

We’re excited to share that our first newsletter is scheduled to land in inboxes this Sunday morning 💛

Thank you so much for your patience while we’ve been getting everything in place. It’s taken a little time, as we’re currently doing all of the behind the scenes administration ourselves, including some technical bits that definitely sit outside our comfort zone!

At this stage, we’ve chosen to direct our funding towards serving our community, so all administration, marketing and accounts are lovingly handled by the trustees. As abundance grows, this will change, but for now, it truly is a labour of care and commitment.
