👀 Hayfever season is upon us as we head into spring!

Longer days, warmer weather and blooming flowers are lovely… but for many people this also means itchy, watery, irritated eyes 🤧

Hayfever can make your eyes feel sore, red and sensitive to light — and if you wear contact lenses or already suffer with dry eyes, symptoms can feel even worse.

💡 Simple tips to help:
✅ Wear sunglasses outdoors to protect from pollen
✅ Avoid rubbing your eyes (this can make symptoms worse)
✅ Use lubricating eye drops to soothe irritation
✅ Keep windows closed on high pollen days
✅ Consider daily disposable contact lenses
