Starting the day with one of my favourite fruits of all time: the dragon fruit 🏝️

Dragon fruit are low in calories, whilst rich in powerful antioxidants and high in fibre.

They contain vitamin C, iron and magnesium which are key nutrients.

They’re super easy to prepare, and are such a refreshing and hydrating option.

Either eat it on its own, or prepare a fruit salad with other tropical fruits—such as banana, papaya, mango, watermelon or pineapple 😋

You can also sprinkle a little sea salt and lime juice on top for an extra layer of flavour and nutrients.

YUM 🤤

When people travel to Thailand, they often report feeling ‘better’, ‘refreshed’, ‘inspired’ 🥰

And whilst there are many contributing factors for this change in frequency (rest from work, better nutrition, more contact with nature, being more active, vitamin D, etc.)

🔑 The fundamental key, that no one really talks about, is that Thailand feels energetically powerful because for thousands of years, the natives have been working in service of the spirits of the land, their ancestors, and maintain a holistic spiritual practice ☸️

Asia feels rich because of the custodians of the land and the time they dedicate to spiritual and religious customs 🙏🏽

🐉 This is truly why Asia hits different.

You might be familiar with the concept of ‘karma’.

Karma means ‘action’ or ‘deed’. And every action/deed has a beneficial or harmful consequence.

When locals spend thousands of years maintaining their spiritual practice, this builds up subtle energy, and it builds up positive karma.

And this is what you’re tapping into when you visit countries like Thailand.

If you’re a sensitive person, you’ll feel it; you just might not have known or understood what you were feeling.

It’s not merely a cute coincidence that you feel different when you step onto these lands...

It’s thousands of years of sadhana (spiritual practice), tapas (discipline), and ishvara pranidhana (devotion to the Divine) 🧘🏽‍♀️

I had some amazing client calls last week with women who know exactly what they need to do.

👉🏽 They know where they’re struggling.
👉🏽 They know where they need help.
👉🏽 They know where they want to be.
🎯 And they also know exactly what they need to do.

So why aren’t they just… doing it?

And it’s something that I see a lot: it’s because DOING IT ALONE IS HARDER.

Let’s be real: you already know a lot of the theory behind holistic wellness. There’s free resources all over the internet teaching you just about everything you could want to know.

You’ve spent hours, days, months, maybe even bloody YEARS consuming this stuff on social media.

But learning about it, thinking about it and day dreaming about it alone aren’t going to get you results, doing it consistently with a proper plan is.

🔥 The law of attraction needs to be combined with the law of action.

And the journey of action is easier with a coach because you get:

᯽ a tailored plan
᯽ professional guidance
᯽ accountability and support
᯽ someone to share the journey with (coz sometimes it gets freaking lonely)
᯽ someone to celebrate the wins and brainstorm the solutions to challenges with

You’re no longer able to hide in the shadows and tell yourself “tomorrow”.

Or waste time thinking about where you might be going wrong.

Sure, you could keep yo-yoing on your own… or you could message me and get the results you actually want 🫶🏽

Here are some special sadhana days for your calendar in March.

Eastern spiritual observance days are incredibly powerful—I highly recommend taking some time to tap into their energy.

If you're not quite sure how to practice the holy days of March, then here are some ideas.

For Holika Dahan, you can have your own bonfire, or burn a candle and do a trataka meditation (dhyana) using the candle flame for single-pointed focus. This is great to build concentration (dharana), and it's also used for yogic purification (shat kriya).

I'd also recommend reading up on the legend of Prahlad and Holika to connect with the root of the festival and the meaning behind it.

To practice Holi, you can read up on the story of Vishnu as Narasimha and his victory over Hiranyakashipu.

You can also incorporate Holi symbolism into your day by buying some gorgeous colourful flowers to represent the vibrant blossoming of spring. And you can also get some paints and play with watercolour painting to explore the beauty of colour.

And if you want to tap into your inner child, why not grab the face paints whilst you’re at it?!

Overall, March is a great month to focus on inner purification and letting go of conditioned patterns that aren't serving you so that your inner light can shine brightly.

It's also a great time to celebrate the turning of the seasons and to give deep gratitude for the beauty all around and within you.

Many women believe that they just don't have the skill, discipline or determination to do it.

They don't think they can make better choices or live a healthier lifestyle.

You dream of it. You dabble in it. But it doesn't stick.

In reality, the inconsistency comes from trying to follow boring and intense fitness routines that ignore your lifestyle demands, nervous system, hormones, and emotional load.

Sustainable wellbeing is built through self-awareness and holistic integration—not unrealistic extremes, quick fixes, or trendy fads.

You're not a robot, and you're not one-dimensional.

You require depth, meaning, purpose, balance, and creativity.

So stop trying to align yourself with tedious health and fitness routines that don't meet your needs. You are not the problem.

You're just trying to put on a shoe that was never designed to fit you.

Holistic wellness is a process of self-discovery, and yes, sometimes it is challenging and spicy, but it should also feel fun, grounding, and empowering.

If you’re ready to build strength, clarity, resilience and peace in a way that honours and excites your whole self, I'd love to support you on the journey.

Private coaching applications are open for my 1-2-1 container, The Body & Soul System.

Modern fitness culture teaches women to focus on workouts and meal plans as the primary solution to feeling better.

But fitness alone just isn't going to cut it.

I feel like this is one of the main reasons that women are perpetually yo-yoing. It's such a surface-level and one-dimensional response to health and well-being.

Fitness alone isn't going to help you regulate your chronically stressed-out nervous system.

It can't heal your burnout.

It's not going to magically resolve your hormonal imbalances.

And no amount of mindless lunges are going to cultivate the emotional resilience you need to get through life.

I'm yet to meet a woman who has found spiritual connection and ancestral guidance through sets of burpees. (Although I'm sure those psychos are living their best life somewhere).

Modern fitness is often so boring. It's repetitive. And I'll be honest, it feels kind of meaningless. It lacks depth.

And because it feels pointless, you keep picking it up and putting it down instead of integrating your wellness rituals into a lifestyle that you love, and embodying healthy habits for the long term.

True wellbeing requires integration. It requires a holistic approach.

💃🏽 Movement.
🌬️ Breathwork.
☯️ Meditation.
🥑 Nourishment.
💤 Rest.
🧘🏽‍♀️ Self-awareness.
✨ Lifestyle design.
☯️ Balance.

This is why my work intentionally extends beyond conventional fitness coaching.

Because you deserve more than isolated, boring solutions for your intricate, creative nature.

You deserve holistic support because you're more than a one-dimensional being!

If you’re ready for a more sustainable and deeply personalised approach, my private 1–2–1 coaching programme, The Body & Soul System, is now open for applications.

I'll see you on the inside 🙏🏽

It was such an honour to teach the Canadian Women’s Rugby Team at Hotpod Yoga Exeter in September 🥰

The team had just triumphed in their match against Scotland in the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, and I had the pleasure of leading them through a Nurturing Vinyasa Flow during their well deserved rest and recovery journey post-match 🙏🏽

The following week they went on to win against Australia too 👏🏽

One of my students recently said to me “I can definitely feel how beneficial yoga is for my body. I always hit my personal bests in the gym right after our sessions”.

This is why I encourage everyone to step onto the mat. Get outside of your comfort zone, even if you don’t regard yourself as a yogi.

There are endless benefits to yoga, and you might just surprise yourself.

When we look at optimal performance, especially for athletes and gym lovers, having a balanced training programme that prioritises active recovery, flexibility, and mobility is vital for range of motion, injury prevention, mental resilience, coordination, balance, improved endurance, and is key to smashing your goals.
