There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to creating change.

Because no two people experience things in the same way.

That’s why I work a little differently…
blending a range of approaches depending on what you need in the moment.

Some of the ways I support clients:

✨ NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
Helps identify patterns in thoughts and behaviours so you can understand what’s been keeping you stuck and begin to shift it.

✨ EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
A gentle, calming approach that helps regulate the nervous system while bringing awareness to emotional patterns.

✨ Hypnosis
Works with the subconscious mind to help create new, more supportive pathways making change feel more natural rather than forced.

✨ Bilateral Stimulation
Helps the brain process and “file away” difficult emotions, so they feel less intense and no longer take up the same space.

When we hear the word conflict, most of us think about arguments with other people…

But often, the hardest conflict to sit with is the one happening internally.

The part of you that wants to move forward…
and the part that holds you back.

The part that says “you can do this”…
and the part filled with doubt.

It can feel like:

• Second guessing yourself
• Feeling stuck or pulled in different directions

On Monday I attend my first in-person diploma course which was all about Dealing with Conflict.

An informative day and interesting to notice the internal conflict about the word “conflict” itself that came up for me. More to follow on this.

From the outside, life looks as it should.
You’re managing, coping, getting on with things.

But internally?
It can feel heavy, unsettled, or just off.

There’s something you want or want to do yet taking that first step feels so hard!

You know what action you need to take, yet you’re being held back. Days, weeks and months pass by and you’re still at the foot of the steps. More than likely feeling annoyed that you’re no further forward or taking yourself out of it.

Ok so it’s easy for me to say it like this, but here’s the thing…..

In November I enrolled onto Anatomy & Physiology, it’s development I need for future studies. I have made a start, read the chapter for the first assignment. So technically I’m further up the steps, until it comes to the actual assignment.

I’ve done assignments before, even at master level, but something is really taking a hold.

When I sit with it to understand, I go back to secondary school. A place that made me feel stupid, I didn’t belong and unfortunately they took me out of science, meaning I never did science, no biology or chemistry. Each time I go to complete a question, that element of doubt creeps in “if you couldn’t do it then you probably can’t do it now”.

Now it’s working with that part, memories & feelings to let it know this is different.

A technique I find really helpful for this is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I say my concerns whilst tapping on the meridians, I also include the benefits of completing this course, reminding myself all I need to do is take one step at a time.

Sometimes it’s not obvious what’s wrong…

You’re getting through your days.
Showing up. Doing what needs to be done.

But underneath it all, something just doesn’t feel right.

A quiet discomfort.
A heaviness you can’t quite explain.
Thoughts that keep looping.
Tension that doesn’t fully leave your body.

You might tell yourself to “just get on with it” but it’s still there.

That’s the space I work in.

Not fixing you.
Not forcing change.

But helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface so things can start to feel lighter, calmer, clearer.

Whether it’s anxiety, pain, self-doubt, or that sense of feeling stuck you don’t have to carry it on your own.

Not all pain is visible.

Some of it sits quietly in the background…

A constant tension in your body.
A heaviness you can’t quite explain.
A feeling that something just isn’t right.

And over time, you get used to it.

You push through.
You carry on.
You tell yourself it’s “just how things are.”

But pain, whether emotional or physical, isn’t there to be ignored.

It’s communication.

And when you start to listen, things can begin to shift.

You don’t have to keep managing it on your own.

There are ways to ease it.
To understand it.
To change your relationship with it.

Pain isn’t something you have to just live with.

With the right support, things can begin to feel different.

Named after early spring flowers, the Pink Moon symbolises renewal and fresh emotional energy.

It can bring hope but also vulnerability.

When things begin to open again, old fears and self-doubt can surface too.

My work supports people through this in-between space: where growth feels exciting and uncomfortable.

Expansion doesn’t mean rushing.
It means feeling safe enough to open at your own pace.

A morning walk to the Rocking Horse cafe to meet a lovely lady who had come across one of my videos where I shared I’m working toward Human Givens practitioner.

Turns out the lady was also a Human Givens practitioner & lived close by. It was lovely to hear she’s just as excited about HG as I am (if not more). Can’t wait for my first in-person workshop in the coming weeks.

And we had actually crossed paths before without realising it ☺️.

Serendipity has a fascinating way of working 🙏

When things are happening around you or for you, we can get lost in what we’re feeling.
Sometimes being able to name and connect with them may help.
